How anger motivated me to move forward today
Hi. It’s Vivian I’m the host of Within (U)niversity where I teach self-awareness because I believe that better begins within.
In the 2 minute video linked above, I ask if you’ve ever gotten so sick and tired of something that the anger and frustration is actually what moved you into action?
I have, that’s kind of what I’m doing right now in this video.
The DJI Osmo Pocket is pushing me to my edge. I’m upset because the story I’m telling myself it that I don’t know enough to actually use it. That I need to understand all of its features before I can record videos for you.
But I’m tired of all the excuses I’m giving myself and I’ve decided to do it and see what happens. This is my first video on the DJI Osmo pocket it’s live and there are no edits.
As I’m recording this, I realize that I need to have compassion with myself, give myself a little bit of time to learn new things and be ok with moving slow and taking tiny steps forward.
